The Rewards Program of the Ministry of the Interior of Peru is a platform that financially rewards those citizens who confidentially denounce the most wanted criminals. But its promotion is scarce and the people are highly skeptical. To reverse this, we used the stats ironically, opening up the possibility of earning interesting rewards by reporting these fugitives... for the mere fact of being more vigilant than they are.
